International organizations, Swedish business and CSOs hire ELEVATE services

With only few months of operation, ELEVATE Consulting services are hired by Swedish company BML– the Nordic leader of carbon negative facades and sustainable buildings, international organizations – UN Women and UN in Albania – and civil society organizations Together for Life in Albania and Civil Society Promotion Center (CPCD) in Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Earlier this year, ELEVATE experts were contracted by UN in Albania to assist the evaluation of the Cooperation Framework 2022-2026, an ambitious programme of 19 UN agencies supporting socio-economic development and EU accession reforms of Albania. With a projected budget of approximately EUR 285 million, the Cooperation Framework provides direct support and technical assistance for Albania in areas such as human capital development (education, social protection, healthcare reforms), green growth, climate change and innovation, rule of law and human rights, and gender responsive governance.

In parallel, ELEVATE is working with UN Women Albania to support the country’s alignment with the EU acquis and to strengthen gender mainstreaming efforts – key components of Albania’s EU integration agenda.

A core strategic objective of ELEVATE Consulting is to help businesses and institutions prepare for EU membership and unlock the potential of European markets. As part of this effort, our experts have partnered with BML Sweden to unlock the advantages of the Western Balkan Investment Framework and other EU instruments aiming to boost foreign direct investment across the region.

In the civil society sphere, ELEVATE is proud to support organizations navigating complex transitions. We are currently conducting a strategic review of Together for Life in Albania, helping shape its Strategic Plan 2026–2030. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, ELEVATE is working with CPCD to carry out a critical analysis of the current civil society landscape and explore new, sustainable operational models for NGOs across the Western Balkans.

We are grateful to these partners for entrusting ELEVATE with transformative assignments that shape the future of governance, development, and regional cooperation.
